If goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We shall be happy to arrange a replacement or refund to the value, at no further cost to you.

Where you are dissatisfied for any other reason and you wish to cancel your purchase from us please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We are happy to issue a refund for unused goods, and will do so within 30 days of being notified. Please refer to the Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to insure the goods adequately. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us with your original order details before returning. We require all cancellation requests in writing clearly mentioning the original order number and reasons for returning, within 7 working days starting on the you receive the goods from us. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less shipping cost & any collection costs, within 30 days from the day on which we receive the goods back to our warehouse. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of video, DVD or audio products once the seal is broken. All returns must be in an unused and re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
